I'm Past My Due Date
Court fines not paid on time will result in alternatives being put in place. Alternatives may include driver’s license suspension, vehicle registration denial, collections action, and warrants.
Alternatives are lifted when the fines are paid in full. Once paid in full, the court notifies the appropriate agency electronically overnight. (This most commonly includes notifying the Wisconsin DOT.)
If you case has been assigned to a collection agency, you may pay your fine either through the court or through the collection agency.
